Lady B Returns to Philly Radio on Classix 107.9

Lady B is coming back to radio and starting Monday, February 11th. She will be on middays from 9am-3pm Monday-Thursday. She will team up with DJ Touchtone with the return of the BASEMENT PARTY on Friday and Saturday nights from 6-10 pm on Classix 107.9.

Radio One Philadelphia having recently launched Classix 107.9 will make Lady B, their first on-air hire after the transition from Praise 107.9. The station now plays Classic R&B from the 70's and 80's. Lady B had exited Radio One Philly a little over a year ago in December 2017 on 100.3 WRNB as afternoon host. She was replaced by The D.L. Hughley Show.

Urban One/Radio One's VP/Programming Colby Colb Tyner said, “Philly is known for cheesesteaks, pretzels, the Eagles, and Lady B.  She is one of the most dynamic voices the city has ever had.  She is beloved and the city we are excited to have her back in the Radio One family.”
