Crooked I of Slaughterhouse Says Who Needs Radio

Well the Long Beach, California native rapper actually said "We need it, but we don't get it, so f*** 'em. However the group Slaughterhouse did get an interview recently on Power 105.1 in New York.

So if we go behind what Crooked I said, rappers still value what radio airplay can give them, but they have found others ways to get their music out to the public.  In today's radio landscape, Hip Hop artists who are not mega superstars are no longer marketable to mainstream audiences. All in all radio is a desirable platform for most artists trying to sell and promote their music, but the Internet has become their meal ticket.

Interesting and **RAW** comments from Crooked I below with Young Jack Thriller of Thisis50.com.
