Yung Joc Signs Two-Year Extension as Lead Talent for The Streetz Morning Takeover

Core Radio Group has signed multi-platinum recording artist and veteran broadcaster Yung Joc to a new two-year contract extension, ensuring he will continue hosting the nationally syndicated Yung Joc & The Streetz Morning Takeover as the company accelerates the show's national expansion.

The renewal comes as the morning show reaches new milestones, including syndication in more than 15 markets through Superadio Networks and an expanded presence on Streetz TV. Co-hosted by Mz. Shyneka and Shawty Shawty, the program airs weekdays on Streetz TV at 9 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m., and 9 p.m. via Roku and YouTube, giving audiences a front-row seat to the full studio experience.

The new agreement also paves the way for expanded digital content, community initiatives, and continued growth across radio and streaming platforms. As its audience continues to grow nationwide, Yung Joc & The Streetz Morning Takeover remains a cornerstone of Core Radio Group's programming, blending entertainment, music, and culture for listeners and viewers across the country. Core Radio Group CEO Steve Hegwood said retaining the longtime host was a priority as the company continues investing in the show's expansion.
