J Kruz Has Exited K104 and the DeDe in the Morning Show
J-Kruz has exited the syndicated DeDe in the Morning Show and K104, the station that served as the show's home and base in the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex. He joined DeDe in the Morning in January 2022 after an extensive run at Radio One's 97.9 The Beat as night host from 2011 to 2017. J Kruz was then elevated to the position of co-host on the Veda Loca in the Morning show until it was cancelled in 2020 in favor of The Morning Hustle.
Kruz’s radio career started in Pittsburgh on WAMO where he was the #1 rated night show host for four years.
Radio One, the owners of Kruz's former station 97.9 The Beat, now own K104 and Smooth R&B 105.7 after purchasing it from Service Broadcasting.
