Radio One has applied with the Federal Communications Commission to double the power of urban ac station Magic 95.5 Baltimore (WWIN-FM), from 3,000-watts to 6,000-watts, and to change its city of license from Glen Burnie to Arbutus, Maryland. -7/17/08
