WPGC will become "The Big Talker" in D.C.

CBS Radio's has announced that 1580 WPGC-AM/Washington is indeed flipping to a mainstream talk radio station next Monday. The station was known as gospel format Heaven 1580 until Radio One's Praise 104.1 FM came into the market forcing a format change. WPGC recently dropped the "inspirational talk" format and has been simulcasting urban 95.5 WPGC.
