As the decade comes to a close, Peter Rosenberg of the Hot 97 morning show "Cipha Sounds & Rosenberg" counts down his Top 13 Hip Hop Albums of the Decade. While his Top 13 includes a few of the decade's most critically acclaimed and best-selling hip hop albums, it also includes some underground albums that you might not have expected or even have heard of.
