For close to two years, the national sports talk show
FROM THE PRESS BOX TO PRESS ROW has been airing on H.U.R. Voices Channel
141 on the SiriusXM Satellite Radio platform under its moniker Boxtorow
Lunch w/ Donal Ware.
The show will now expand on SiriusXM and will also air on HBCU Channel 142
– which launched on Thursday at 12 a.m. ET – beginning Saturday (November
16) and will air each Saturday 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT.
“I am extremely excited about the expansion of Boxtorow as the show really
continues to grow,” said Donal Ware, founder of DWCommunications, LLC, the
rights holder of the show and the show’s host. “With expansion of the
show two years ago, we added an entertainment element and expanded more
into professional sports talk. Having FROM THE PRESS BOX TO PRESS ROW air
on HBCU Channel 142 allows us to expand our already comprehensive HBCU
sports talk”
Boxtorow Lunch w/ Donal Ware debuted on H.U.R. Voices on December 2, 2011
and airs each Friday from 1-2 p.m. ET and is replayed Tuesdays from 8-9
a.m. ET. The show blends sports talk and entertainment. Ware has
interviewed and talked sports with entertainment guests including Snoop
Lion, Joss Stone, Janelle Monae, Meagan Good, Aretha Franklin, Tyrese,
Rakim, Charlie Wilson, and Gladys Knight to name a very few.

stations in markets such as Washington, DC, U.S. Virgin Islands/Puerto
Rico, Pittsburgh, Austin, TX, Raleigh/Durham, NC, Nashville, Hampton
