EZ Street Back on the Air in D.C. on 96.3 WHUR
Washington, D.C. veteran radio personality EZ Street is back on the air on 96.3 WHUR. His new show will air Saturdays from noon to 4 PM on The Adult Mix.
EZ's first major market experience came at 100.3 Jamz in Dallas. From there he moved on to Q-102 (WIOQ) in Philadelphia and then he headed to Chicago's former AM giant station WJPC (Johnson Publishing owned). In 1995, he moved to 93.9 WKYS and was at 95.5 WPGC from 1999 to 2005. After a short stint at KBLX in San Francisco, he returned to the Radio One family at WKYS in 2006 and ended a long run there last year as the midday host. He also briefly hosted a talk show on Radio One's flagship station 1450 WOL. EZ Street is known for the countless number of hours he devotes towards community service. Presently, in conjunction with his non-profit organization, “Creative Solutions for Youth,” EZ is organizing the Stop the Violence Task Force Network.
