Cumulus Media launches a new Classic Hip Hop station 98.9 The Vibe in Buffalo on daytimer 1120 WBBF-AM. The station will simulcast on low power 98.9 FM. The station had been simulcasting sister station Classic Hits 104.1 WHTT.
