Midday personality 'Lil D' Dee Porter exits Radio One Dallas 97.9 The Beat. She was welcomed to the DFW on the Veda Loca Morning Show in 2018 from the Radio One Columbus cluster and Hip Hop station Power 107.5 & 106.3. She has been heard on the weekends at Z107.9 in Cleveland and Hot 104.1 in St. Louis.
She has also written a book, Route 2: My Choice to Struggle to Succeed, that chronicles her struggles in the radio industry with a forward written by Charlamagne tha god.
