Chubb Rock Back on the Radio in Atlanta on OG 97.9 Joins a Slate of New Weekend Shows
Chubb Rock has been busy doing syndicated radio since leaving Majic 107.5/97.5 and the afternoon show in 2018. He hosts daily radio show in various cities around the country that air in morning and afternoon drive and specialty weekend shows. However until now none of those programs aired in Atlanta.
He is now back on the air on OG 97.9 (WWWQ-FM). The station will air his popular "Diggin' in the Crates" 5 to 7 p.m. Fridays and Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. His Caribbean dance hall syndicated show "Authentic Caribbean" will air Saturdays from 6 to 8 p.m.
OG 97.9, a classic hip-hop station, is revamping its weekend schedule by adding 22 hours of specialty shows in addition to the Chubb Rock shows from Friday evening through Sunday.
