Timothy Joseph of Hip Hop Radio's Star and Buc Wild Morning Show Has Died
Timothy Joseph of the Star and Buc Wild morning show which aired on Hot 97 and Power 105.1 in New York City, and 100.3 The Beat in Philadelphia has passed away. “Buc Wild” as Joseph was known as on the air, was 47 years old.
Star also known as Troi Torain gave some details about Buc Wild's death. For most of their time on the air, Star always referenced Buc Wild as his biological half-brother. Apparently that was not the case as their relationship seems to be more like a father and son. An emotional Star dedicated an entire show on his YouTube channel to his radio partner Buc Wild whom he described as someone he helped raise from a young age through many challenges including dyslexia.
Sources reported that Joseph died Sunday (9/6/26) at the Pink Houses housing complex in Brooklyn. A cause of death has not been confirmed publicly.
RIP Timothy Joseph.
