Following the unanticipated leave of the show's former executive producer Kim Nelson-Ingram, Reach Media and The Rickey Smiley Morning Show is seeking a new EP. The job is based in Dallas, Texas.

Nelson-Ingram has been a part of the Reach Media family for many years, as she was the producer on The Tom Joyner Morning Show prior to his retirement. Colby Colb, Urban One VP of Programming told All Access, "We have a unique opportunity and Derrick Baker who is the PD of the RSMS will be the person leading the search for this important role. Rickey Smiley is one of the biggest brands in radio and we are looking for someone to step into this major role."
