Compass Media Networks, The Syndication Company for DeDe in the Morning and Frank Ski Show, Announces New Hires and Promotions

Compass Media also syndicates some of Urban/Urban AC radio's most successful shows such as Baka Boyz, Rick Party, Cafe Mocha besides DeDe in the Morning and Frank Ski Show with Nina Brown.

Compass Media Networks today announced several new hires and staff promotions for various departments including Advertising Sales, Affiliate Sales, and Creative Services along with Promotions in Advertising Sales and Finance.

Marc Siegel shall serve as Director of Audio Sales/General Manager of Spoken Word Sponsorships & Activations for Compass Media Networks. Mr. Siegel previously held senior positions at NPR, Bloomberg, and iHeartMedia.

 

Kassandra Faber shall serve as Associate Director of Affiliate Sales. Ms. Faber is a recent graduate of Hofstra University.

 

 

Sydney Sperling shall serve as Associate Director of Affiliate Sales. Ms. Sperling is a recent graduate of Trinity College.

 

Jim Davison shall serve as Project Manager for our creative services subsidiary, Yamanair Creative. Mr. Davison has worked at Regent Broadcasting, Results Media and Stephens Media Group in both on-air and production roles.

Liane Sousa has transitioned from Director of Affiliate Sales to Account Executive, Advertising Sales. Ms. Sousa has been with Compass Media Networks for four years.  Ms. Sousa was recently named by RadioInk as one of the Top 30 executives under 30.

Matt Wallach has been promoted from Junior Accounting Analyst to Accounting Analyst. Mr. Wallach has been with Compass Media Networks for four years.
