Lauryn Hill Lost One... Did you really gain from what you done done

Lauryn it's so silly how come? When it's all done, did you really gain from, what you done done? You just lost one!

Lauryn Hill gave her fans a show in Brooklyn last week to kick off her tour...it was just 4 hours late. Fans displayed their frustration by throwing cups and bottles on the stage. Soon after that the keyboard player put up a sign that read “I was on time.”

When she finally hit the stage Lauryn Hill apologized, but it sounded more like a reprimand than an apology. "I spent my entire 20's sacrificing my life to give you love. So when I hear people complain, I don’t know what to tell you. I personally know I’m worth the wait." Play the video below to hear what she had to say to the crowd.

We are just wondering what she's been up to for the last 13 years since the release "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill," besides quoting scriptures and raising babies. Does she not understand that the success of that one album will not sustain her fan loyalty forever? Meanwhile the sales from Nicki Minaj's "Pink Friday" album are about to make Lauryn Hill's invincible female Hip Hop MC legacy an afterthought. Just ask someone who buys music, a teen, who she is let alone who The Fugees are... and Lauryn, while still being a fan, we'll just have to wait for a TV appearance or something before we wait four hours to see you.
