As a digital producer Scottie Beam built up quite a following on all social media platforms. Her job at Hot 97 was to keep the station's social media posts up to date. She appeared regularly on the Ebro in the Morning Show and recently started to do some on-camera gigs for Revolt TV. But updating apps just wasn't fulfilling despite her popularity. The daughter of New York City's Urban AC station WBLS' midday personality Shaila, decided to quit and create an opportunity for herself in the media industry.
