J Cruz Moves To iHeartMedia Los Angeles' REAL 92.3 As New Afternoon Host


iHeartMedia Los Angeles’ REAL 92.3 announced today that “The Cruz Show” anchored by one of LA’s most popular hip hop on-air personalities J Cruz, will join its afternoon program lineup Mondays through Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. beginning April 18.

J Cruz has captivated listeners around the Southern California region for years and has become an all-star on-air personality staple for the Los Angeles community. He joins REAL 92.3 from KPWR where he served as the lead morning show host on “The Cruz Show.” J Cruz will be joined by Executive Producer Jeff Garcia, DJ Lechero and DJ Lezlee.


“The Cruz Show” will feature celebrity interviews, prank calls, breaking music, hip hop news and the latest local and national headlines, covering what matters most to the REAL 92.3 active audience. From legends like Ice Cube and Kobe Bryant to current faves like Post Malone, Meek Mill and YG, and comedians like Michael Blackson and Marlon Wayans – “The Cruz Show” combines an open-door policy with energy, humor and dope music mixed by DJ Lezlee.
