Ally the Pub Exits Hot 107.5 and Radio One Detroit

Alexandria "Ally The Pub" Washington has exited her Midday Position at Hot 107.5 (WGPR) as she and Radio One Detroit have parted ways. Washington started with Radio One at 92.7 The Block (WQNC) in Charlotte in 2017.

Washington commented, "I would like to thank my listeners that quickly became family. Detroit is such a resilient city that loves hard. Thanks to the awesome programming/sales staff, PD Yonni and General Manager Kathy Stinehour for such an incredible learning experience in Detroit. Many thanks to Cathy Hughes, Alfred Liggins, David Kantor, Deon Levenstone, Colby Colb, and Mary K, Boogie D and Jay Stevens for believing in my talent and giving me my big break at Urban One/Radio One.  It’s been so much fun and I’m super excited for the next big stop on my journey."
