Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion WAP is A Big Day for Frank Ski
At midnight Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion released their new song "WAP." The new track has generated much interested on social media prior to it's release and now it's become a viral hit with thousands of streams and downloads. Cardi B is all over media platforms with radio interviews with many Hip Hop stations across the country. Cardi and Meg did an Instagram live session (pictured above) as waited with much anticipation for the music video release of the song. And right there on social media platforms was recently departed V-103 Atlanta morning host and now WHUR afternoon host Frank Ski.

The new song samples Frank Ski's 1993 record, "Whores in This House." This song is one of a number of dance anthems that Frank Ski has written and produced over the years. His first major hit was "Doo Doo Brown" in the late 80's while Frank was a club DJ and radio personality in Baltimore. Another one of Frank Ski's popular dance songs is "The Wobble." He has other countless dance club hits that you may or may not know were written by Frank Ski including songs from back in the day with Luther Campbell and The 2 Live Crew.
The Frank Ski Show with Nina Brown airs on 96.3 WHUR from 3 to 7 p.m., an Adult R&B station in Washington, D.C.
So you won't be hearing WAP on WHUR...
