Julian on the Radio Adds Middays at 99.7 DJX to His Voice Roster While Also Trying Out for DeDe in the Morning

A few months ago the talented on-air personality Juilian Nieh aka "Julian on the Radio" submitted an entry to become the next member of the DeDe in the Morning Show with Lady Jade. His submission may seem to be odd given that Julian has not worked at a so-called "urban format" station. But his experience in the CHR format made him a worthy choice.

He did not land the position on the syndicated morning show, but he was recently named the midday voice on 99.7 DJX in Louisville. Along with those duties you will hear him tracking on 99.7 NOW in San Francisco,  Movin' 92.5 in Seattle, Live 95.5 in Portland, and stations for Summit Media.

Julian Nieh previously did stints at Wild 94.9 in the Bay Area, 104.7 Kiss FM in Phoenix, B96 Chicago, and got his start in major radio in his hometown on Hot 99.5 in Washington, D.C. (We caught him one night in the DMV during the 2000's and have been a fan ever since.)

A few years back Julian won over Nicki Minaj on the B96 Morning Show. (Nicki was promoting Pink Friday at the time.)
