Popular Morning Reporter and News Anchor Jhas Williams Leaving News 4 WIVB-TV Buffalo
Jhas Williams a former radio personality made the leap into television at Nexstar’s WIVB-TV/Buffalo in 2020. She was hired as the morning news traffic reporter for the 5am-9am shows on CBS affiliate News 4 and sister station CW 23. She worked her way up to becoming a popular morning show reporter and news anchor. She has not yet announced her next opportunity.
Jhas co-hosted morning on “The Jen & Jhas Show” on 92.9 The WAVE (WVBW) Norfolk/Virginia Beach before moving over to television reporting. Her radio stops included 97.1 The Wave in Ocean City, Maryland and Eagle 97.7 in Dover, Delaware.
Next Friday, 7.29, I'll be in a flurry of emotions for two reasons. 1. Because Beyonce is releasing her new album that day, and 2. Because it'll be my last day at News 4.

Until THEE Queen City. No one has ever made me feel as embraced, as loved, and as appreciated as the people of the 716. Whatever you lack by way of warm weather, you make up for in warm people and you have become my family.♥️

NO, because by July 14, 2020 I had lost my job and thought my world was over. It‘s July 14, 2021 and I anchored for the first time this morning in Buffalo, New York. Please hear me when I say GOD DOESN’T CARE WHO COUNTS YOU OUT. 😩 pic.twitter.com/g4BoBNDRKK
