Wisdom Martin Celebrates His Last Day at FOX 5 DC - WUSA9 Sports Anchor Darren Haynes Relocating to So Cal
Wisdom Martin celebrated his last broadcast with FOX 5 DC today, but not before sharing a bit of wisdom and a heartfelt goodbye from his colleagues. Wisdom Martin joined the FOX 5 News team in 2003. He anchored the morning news from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Good Day DC. His career started while he was a sophomore at Jackson State University. His first job in TV news was running the teleprompter on the weekends at WAPT news. Martin has not disclosed his next stop in his media journey.

Darren Haynes has accepted a sports anchor position at CBS2 and KCAL9 (KCBS/KCAL-TV) in Los Angeles California. His last day at WUSA9 in Washington D.C. will be on August 16th. Haynes joined WUSA9 in 2017 after previously anchoring Sports Center at ESPN. The native of Connecticut is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
