ToshaMakia Signs Contract Extension with Audacy and KS107.5 Denver

Award-winning radio personality ToshaMakia has officially signed the next chapter of her career with Audacy, continuing her work as afternoon host on KS 107.5 Denver, imaging voice for 94.7 The Block in New York City, and host on 97.1 QMG Raleigh and 102.5 KSFM Sacramento. As she celebrates this milestone, she reflects on the journey, the people who helped along the way, and the work that continues ahead.

If you’ve followed my journey, you know this has never been just about radio. It’s been about proving to myself that where you start in life, doesn’t get the final say.

Like you, a person who’s had to figure out more things than anyone ever saw behind the scenes & kept showing up.

Somehow, those days became stepping stones instead of stopping points.

Over the years I’ve gone from simply wanting a chance…to helping lead a major station, working in multiple markets, voicing New York, winning a Gracie Award, and continuing to grow a brand that I’m unbelievably proud of.

None of that happened overnight, and none of it happened alone.

To everyone who continues to believe in me, spoken my name in rooms I wasn’t in, you all know who you are…thank you. I don’t take your trust lightly.

This isn’t the destination, this is the foundation. Because the work doesn’t stop here..

Most importantly, to anyone reading thank you for being here, for seeing me and to anyone who’s carrying more than people realize…pls..keep going.
