Radio One Philly Will Move BOOM to 103.9, PRAISE to 107.9

Several Radio One On-Air Personalities, including BOOM morning hosts Ed Lover and Monie Love along with Praise's Erica Campbell and Griff, have tweeted out the Philadelphia cluster's intended move to relocate two of its stations to new FM frequencies. On Tuesday, September 27, BOOM will move to the 103.9 frequency. The station that currently occupies that spot, will become Praise 107.9.

The move allows Radio One to better target listeners with terrestrial coverage that will meet both stations needs in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. A slight tweaking of imaging for the stations are on the way as well. Below are some of the tweets ahead of the move.
