Rickey Smiley Weekend Show Kicks Off... this weekend

The Rickey Smiley Morning Show will now add a new weekend show called “The Weekend Jumpoff.” The three hour show will feature highlights from the weekend syndicated morning show, as well as original content including ’Rickey Smiley’s Club Banger Of The Week’ and ‘Ebony Steele’s Tips For The Ladies.’ The show will begin airing this Saturday, April 17.


Rickey Smiley has garnered impressive ratings in Miami and Baltimore and is the top rated morning show in both of those markets. Where will Rickey land next? Smaller market urban Hip Hop stations are hooking their wagon to Rickey as he is proving to be a ratings winner. However we are still wondering if Rickey Smiley will show up on 100.3 The Beat (WPHI) in Philadelphia. The station has not replaced their former morning host Charlamagne.
