Is there a Message in Beyonce's Pregnancy Beyond the Tweets?


Social media history was made last week right after Beyonce confirmed that she was pregnant with her performance at the recent MTV Video Music Awards. The Twitter world went crazy generating a record 8,868 tweets per second. The blogosphere has been on fire ever since with posts on such topics as 'How will Beyonce and Jay-Z's baby look' to pictures of her baby bump. Two bloggers take an interesting look, with somewhat opposing points of view on "the pregnancy" and its social implications of marriage to the Hip Hop generation.
